A nikaah is never announced — but it always follows a jamaat, mostly after Asr (especially on Friday), sometimes after Zohar / Jumu'ah, and only rarely after Fajr, Maghrib or Esha. And the khutbah of nikaah is always in Arabic — the same khutbah, the same aayaat, the same ahaadith — whatever language the nikaah itself is in. So a nikaah recording is always short.
